Ben Sielen is a finance expert with almost 30 years of experience. He serves as a director at Wells Fargo Securities, which supports various services in the capital markets, such as arranging and issuing public debt and equity, managing risks related to interest rates, commodities, and equities, and offering guidance on mergers. As a director, Ben Sielen has focused primarily on top-quality corporate securities or liabilities issued by companies in the financial, industrial, and service sectors.

His responsibilities also include risk management and the research, creation, and evaluation of innovative frameworks, record risk assessments, and collaborating with IT to integrate product functionalities into the company’s risk platforms.

Between 1999 and 2001, Ben Sielen served as a convertible bond trader at First Union Securities. He managed the trading and sales of convertible bonds.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Sielen gives back to his community through charitable contributions to organizations raising awareness for autism and supporting autism research. He also enjoys traveling and playing hockey.
